• USP: Reimagined mithai and namkeen
• The Menu: Bombay Sweet shop is run by Hunger Inc, the good folks behind culinary hotspots The Bombay Canteen, O Pedro, and Veronica's. They have a vast menu of sweets, namkeens, and chocolate, all inspired by childhood favourites and infused with their signature touch of whimsy and unique flavours. Choose from Biscoff barfi and dark chocolate kaju katli or the crunchy-salty-sweet Bombay Bhel peanut chikki that is sprinkled with chakli, salli, sev, and more.
• Must-try: Bombay Sweet Shop’s hybrid candy bar (aptly named the Indie Bar) is a real standout and blends chocolate and mithai for a melt-in-your mouth creation that tastes like a combination of Twix, Bounty, and flaky soan papdi, in the best way.

2. Manam Chocolate, Hyderabad

• The Menu: Patasa specialises in traditional mithai with a modern twist, along with decadent chocolates, bonbons, cakes, and pastries. Everything is eggless, preservative and additive-free, and made with high-quality ingredients. Choose from their festive hampers, seasonal specials, or visit their cafe in Navi Mumbai for some rich gelato.
